You must follow this guide if you have a mobile device (tablet or cellphone) with access to company email.
You may optionally follow this guide if you are a desktop computer user and accept the use of your personal cellphone as an authentication method. For desktop computer users that do not have access to email on mobile devices and do not wish to use their personal cell phone for work, please follow this guide instead.
This guide assumes that you are using two devices to follow along, which are the mobile device that is the installation target, and a desktop (laptop or tablet) that is used to access your microsoft account.
All company owned iPad's must have Microsoft Authenticator installed on them. Additional devices may be added as desired.
If you need help completing this guide, please submit a help ticket.

Find the tile that says "Security info, and click the link that says "Update Info."

Click "Add" and it will bring you to another screen, which will prompt you to download the app. Click "Next" on this box to continue to the next dialog box, which will offer some instructions regarding notifications, select "Next" on this dialog box as well.
Step 5: Enroll the authenticator app.
At this point, you should see a QR code on the screen of the desktop computer, as shown below.
At this point, open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device. You should see 3 options, as shown in the image below. Click on "Scan QR Code." Then, allow the app permission to use your camera.
The camera will open on your mobile device. Use it to scan the QR code that is displayed on the desktop computer. It may push you to another screen to confirm the information from the QR code, in which case you should select "finish."
